I just got a job.
Within the next few weeks ( as in 4-5 week ) i'll be looking to find a place that is in the uptown/south or anywhere that I can easily and quickly access NCO from.
I'm looking for either a place, at a good price, with, or without roomates. I'd prefer roomates, to cut the cost.

if anybody has any information on any cheap or cool places ( preferably cheap and cool and full of cool roomates kplz ) i'd love it if you would make me aware

Just email me at jacques.marmen@gmail.com if you're shy.

you're going in at 2 to get the anal probe while the other guy going in at three already did a pre-authorized anal probe at the anal probe clinic in south market alley.

wooo i do enjoy anal probes. speaking of anal probes. Some guy keeps going off about me being a gay french hippy and then he tells of my girlfriend and says he's gonna get us both beat up.
someone want to pound an asshole with me? 'cause I sure would like to make it a party, instead of a depressing night of physical harm

nah. i have good taste and my life is 100% drama free.

drama happens b/c you let it. drama always telegraph's itself before it happens. you just miss the signs it is coming.

i wouldn't expect to stay at NCO long; don't make that a big factor on your decision. not saying you'd get fired - but frankly, when the turnaround rate involves hiring 20 new people a week, there's a reason people quit.

i worked there 2 months, and nightshift too, and basically i'd have to say i wasted those two full months of my life. the job is crap, and even if you have the nicest supervisor in the world (which i did), they can still be huge asshole because they have to put huge pressure on you as a team member to do your job. maybe i hated it so much because the ngihtshift is something that someone fresh out of school isn't used to, but it's still an overall mentally drainign experience.

however, good luck with moving into an apartment nonetheless, and may you find as much happiness as possible in your job.

I worked inbound there for 6 months, and don't let anyone tell you it's easier than outbound. It's bullshit. Microsoft likes to fuck people over and you're the one that gets to take the heat for it. Plus, lots of stupid people call in and scream, curse and are just plain rude to you for no reason.

Best of luck.

i have never heard tell of anyone lasting there very long. they are desperate for people there, and their "now hiring" sign has been up forever.

That sign was up when I moved to SJ last July.

i worked inbound for 6 months for MSN.
my first call center job
and i was pretty decent at it.
i found it pretty easy, but it takes a toll on the brain
and depletes you inspiration on anything.

sucks your soul out, if you will.

my 3 month employment there is just about to come to an end...
yay!! It was okay as a temporary job, but I could not imagine being there for 3 years like some of those people have.

Not exactly. But if you will, I suppose it did take me all this time. I wasn't actively searching for a job till this summer. So, if summer is a year (if 9 weeks = 52weeks) then i suppose i've been looking for a year.
Its a shame really, my math is so bad.
I had many other openings, i chose this one because of the simplicity.
Once I am living uptown, It'll be a breeze finding a job( i think). I just never really felt like taking the bus from Grand-bay every day to go to work and then come home. I've done it before, and its lame!
But thanks anyway, Brent, for the show in mathematical skills!
